[XCSSA] modem signals

On this same vein, has anyone seen or know of an open source project that 
can send/decode 45.5 baud Baudot encoding (i.e. TTY/TDD signals) through a 
sound card?  I have seen some crappy Windows only commercial stuff, but it 
would be very handy if there was something that I could actually use.
