Most all CCD based cameras are IR sensitive.. You just may have to pop it open
and scrub the IR filter material off the glass over the CCD element.
THEN rig up your IR LEDs. he best way is to get the wavelength sensitivity of
your CCD element, and match it to the IR LED output wavelength (in nm or
angstroms).
