[XCSSA] Geek-Sat Alert: Linux thin client for $20 at AlGen Computer

Has anyone yet come across the development kit that's supposed to let you 
build your own firmware?  I've seen it referenced a couple times in the IBM 
documentation to customize the units, but I haven't seen it available for 
download anywhere.
