[XCSSA] memory speeds

Hey... I noticed that every single one of my AMD Athlon/Duron systems
runs its memory at 100MHz.  If I set it any higher, they hang.  Does
anyone know of a web site that describes how to identify what speed
your chip really is, what to set the clock and multiplier to, and how
fast the memory bus can go?
