[XCSSA] PGP Intro and Key Signing Meeting Materials FINALLY on line..

Well.. I was just transferring a bunch of files off my hard drive and found 
some old XCSSA related stuff that I never posted to the site.

I would like to apologize to Richard Davey... He did his PGP Intro 
presentation almost a year ago.. and sent me his slides a little while 
after.. but I then forgot to post them to the xcssa-files repository.  Oops.. 
Sorry man.

It's now referenced in the xcssa-files area of the site here, and should turn 
up on google soon:

Also.. I posted a PDF copy of our key signing checkoff list for that key 
signing party.  If anyone is uncomfortable with having your name/pub-key info 
displayed in that example file, please let me know and I can take yours out.  
It's dated.. so it shouldn't be a problem if people find it on a google hit 
some day in the future after you expire it.  Does anyone think having this 
example file up like this poses a problem?

If so.. let me know.
