[XCSSA] What do I need to do this?

    I want family to be able to view photos, videos, and then if they choose 
download them to there computer via web browser for printing, manipulation 
in photo program for printing etc. Want them to have to log in with a 
password. Don't want them to be able to alter the original files on the 
network drive.
