If no one else is going to formally show anything.. I have a lecture that I'm 
giving at the local IEEE chapter Thursday night on "Managed 
Internet/Webhosting with Open Source". It covers the basics of Web vhsoting 
vs Dedicated/Managed Hosting vs Colocation hosting, talks about different web 
applications (blogs, CMS, wikis, etc) and how they all work together, etc. It 
may not be totally complete Monday night.. but it will give me the 
opportunity to work out some of the kinks and/or get some feedback from a 
couple of you. :)
