[XCSSA] more info on the chassis intrusion lead

I think I found a trivial flaw in some, if not all, chassis intrusion sensors.

Basically, to signal "chassis open" you raise the chassis signal lead to +5V.
When the chassis is closed, it shorts to ground.

The hole is obvious; unplug the system, no more +5V.

Fixing this by installing a 9V battery or large capacitor
is left as an exercise for the reader.
