[XCSSA] Cable TV/MythTV question

I have an interesting problem that one of you may be able to help with.

I recently setup a MythTV on an MSI motherboard with AMD64.  It works 
great sometimes.  I am using a Hauppauge PVR-150.
The problem is that my lower stations will be in tune for a short time 
(6 hours - 1 day) then there will be nothing on the station except show, 
noise, whatever, but absolutely no picture or sound.  I then disconnect 
the cable from the card, wait a short time (3-5 secs) and reconnect the 
cable.  The card will now tune these stations (3,5,10,13) correctly.  
But again only for a short time and the process repeats.  I have tried 
checking the grounds for the cable and the computer.  I will ground the 
splitter at the junction into the house with no change.  I will 
disconnect this ground with no change.  My regular TV sets do not 
exhibit these problems.  However, the lower stations may have more 
"fuzz" then the higher stations, I have not looked for this pattern.

Any ideas?
