Any bets how long it takes terrorists and foreign security services to
learn how to interrogate RFIDs to determine who is a target and who
isn't? Remember that hotel security staff is often on the payroll of
the local security services, and that terrorists have often performed
kidnappings and such while disguised as police or security agents.
Kidnapping is a very lucrative business, especially when the targets
are rich Americans. And I don't need to tell you that in many cases
criminal syndicates have infiltrated the government (think: Brazil,
Columbia, the 'stans, etc.)
Any guesses how they get the badges, uniforms and cars? I have
read stories by kidnap victims in Iraq who say the police cheered and
all but gave the thumbs-up signs to terrorists who had abducted them
as they pass through police checkpoints.
