You can setup multiple outbound email addresses in gmail.  I answer
support mail for a friend's podcast and can use my regular address to
send mail from his domain, even though the mail is delivered to his
server and forwarded to me.

You can add addresses in Settings, Accounts, "Send mail as:" section.
There is a simple validation process to ensure you have access to that
address and aren't trying to spoof someone else.
