[XCSSA] Looking for Guidance, Experiences, Email Services

I'm not sure about sending to a list of 600.  I assume it can handle
it, though I would setup a google group and send the emails through
that.

I'm not sure about having a mail server send through Gmail.  In theory
it would work if you can convince your mail server to authenticate as
you.  Their POP directions show how to use smtp.gmail.com with
authentication.

One thing I avoided when setting up email on my server was relaying
smtp except from localhost.  I dictated that my users send email via
their ISPs regular smtp server or use the webmail interface.
