[XCSSA] New Debian 4.0_r0 escapes!

Those of you who track the Debian "stable" branch are about to get updated.
Should you not wish to join the Etch generation, please adapt your sources.list
to refer to sarge instead of stable before your next apt-get update.

The current Debian stable release is 4.0, codename "etch".

The new version should be available from the usual sources in a few hours to a
few days. For more info, check www.debian.org.

(Night owls may have to wait for the cron script to update the Debian pages.)
