[XCSSA] Looking for an XY Plotter

I'm looking for a cheap or free flatbed XY plotter with a serial interface.

The only requirements are a serial or parallel interface and pen move
on X and Y.

Something like this one would be nice, but I'm not driving to Oz to pick it up.

I've seen a few on eBay, but they are usually pick-up only, or have
ridiculous shipping costs.
