Hey Luis...
If you're interested... XCSSA (xcssa.org) may be up for doing another one in
the near future here in San Antonio. I have had a couple of people ask me
about this again. FYI, the details of our last keysigning party (Nov. 2005)
are here:
http://xcssa.org/archives/XCSSA_2005-11-21.html
That archvied meeting page lists the the step by step directions that we used
with our folks.
And here's the "sign-off sheet" that we used also:

If you all (SATLUG) want to get together with XCSSA to do a two-group sign-off
party... that would be pretty cool.. :) Of course.. several of our folks
don't run Linux, but rather NetBSD, OpenBSD, Solairs and the like... but hey,
I'm sure that we can keep religious-OS scuffles to a dull roar.. ;)
Let me know back one one of the SATLUG or XCSSA mail lists...
L8ER..
