[XCSSA] wireless linux driver problem

I assume this a USB device? I'm going out on a limb to guess even further
that this is a linksys USB device?
Things to look for (and I'm no expert...)::
Did the module load ( lsmod )
if not, try unplugging/replugging the device and see if it does then
Does the module show up in /lib/modules/(your kernel
version)/kernel/drivers/net/wireless (or some directory like that?)
What happens if you modprobe rtl8185 (or whatever the module name is)
After that, then check if wlan0 comes up.
What version of ubuntu do you have?
