[XCSSA] Amiga help??

Just got my hands on the 3000 offered by Nick, thanks again!!!! Now
this afternoon I've been reading and reading and can't find how to
transfer disk files to the Amiga. Some say to use a null modem cable,
what about setting up a UAE environment on my PC, mounting the Amiga
hard drive as DH1: then copying everything across, then reinstalling
in the Amiga?

Is there a utility that will let me copy an ADF file to my PC's floppy?
