I've abandoned the iptables version, and if anyone is interested,
feel free to play with it, and contact me; you can either become
the maintainer or use the code in a similar project with another
name.

The BSD/pf version is the most advanced and has a number of neat
features like persistent state, rules that automagically expire
after a configurable amount of time, rule queues that hold a fixed
number of rules, and so on.

If more than one person is interested in playing with this
stuff, I'll make a small mailing list.
