Geez, people, use your brain. "6/600" meant 6M down 600K up.

When I first signed up, 384K was the upload cap and I had that for a  
while, but one day I noticed I was uploading at 512K. Currently it  
seems to be about 600K.

Wait for U-verse deployment and you might be able to get 6M/1M. Or  
move to Denton for 15M/5M.
