That's what I said.. (well.. qtparted anyway).

I think GNU's parted is pure GPL... which does not include qtparted's use of 
linux-ntfs  (for growing)... IIRC

qtparted is what I use when converting single boot windows laptops into dual 
boot w/out reformatting.
