"Free speech rights"? That thinking seems a bit slack to me.. since kids
don't have a fully formed sense of self awareness, moral compass, etc.
That's why we don't allow them to vote, drink, smoke, or buy porn. Or.. surf
the open Net.
I say that they have he right to be disciplined and reproved... but right
to "free speech".. Nope. Sorry...
What kind of freedoms of speech are you talking about in your petition:
"Revise CIPA (Childern's Internet Protection Act) to only allow schools to
block pornography and other filth but NOTHING ELSE! "
I haven't looked too deeply into the CIPA. What problems do you have with it?
