Robert,
I think the IMacs and IBooks are ready for prime time.
They now run on Intel processor. If you need to run
Windows programs you can use a program called
Parallels and then have an option as to boot to other
operating systems.
I'm not ready to buy yet because Apple has delayed the
release of it's new Operating System to concentrate on
the wildly popular iPhone.
I'm thinking that it's cheaper to run an AppleTalk
network than a Microsoft one. That's what I'm
interested in now. I think AppleTalk is way cool.
The server hardware may be cheaper and better.
