There's a UPS FAQ that suggests that you can often get better batteries
at cheaper prices if you buy "marine batteries" rather than replacements
=66rom the UPS vendor; once again you just have to make sure the specs and
physical dimensions are correct, but apparently marine batteries tend to
be smaller for the same specs since they are meant for use on boats with
limited space.
