[XCSSA] Solar and Green events in SA

No need to oversize with evacuated tube collectors, at least not in what 
passes for winter in SA.
I plan to handle vacations by just switching all my capacity over to the 
hot tub.
But I guess shading the collector could be as easy as running up a flag.

Ohh.. Planing a night in,  Just SSH in to bump up the temp on the ol' 
jacuzzi.
