Hey all!

It sounds like this month we've got a lot of interest and discussion around 
renewable energy topics. It sounds like Charles is going to give a talk on 
various forms of renewable energy technology like solar, wind, in a type 
of "State of Renewable Energy Technology" talk. He'll specifically also be 
talking about something new in the world of renewable energy called RECs or 
Renewable Energy Certificates. 

Later, Tweeks will pick up from Charles' talk on the state of renewable 
energy, and talk about some of the new companies and technologies that are 
working on lowering the cost of entry for home RE to close to zero, and try 
to tie some "X-otic hardware" into the discussion, including some home 
automation/controller stuff.
