I think you both represented a contentious issue well and it's not
possible to have it well represented without coming close to 'flame
wars' - nice restraint, imo.  I have to say that I feel less critically
about Citizenre because they probably actually have their work cut out
for them and will earn their money.  In fact, I could say that by
signing up for their system I could feel that I am donating towards the
legal and other costs which hinder the use of alternative energy.  

I would prefer to set up my own system and hopefully come up with
something that gives me a 'who care if they disconnect me' position.  If
I had the startup money laying around this would be a 'done deal'...
