I had actually gotten in contact with someone at CPS when I sent a suggestion on
their website. Basically, I got a lot of talking around in a circle where it
finally came to light they don't have any plans to offer rebates for installing
alternative power like Austin, California, and a few other places. I don't know
if they have a lot of old-school thinkers that don't want to risk this, or if
they are dead-set against opening the options. I'm hoping CPS rethinks this so
they'll be ready for the Million Solar Roofs or whatever else comes their way.
