[XCSSA] Cheaper solar power heads mainstream

I'd have to say I hadn't thought of this before.

However, one of the attractions of attaching it to the grid is selling power
back, at least for me. Having all the information on what the power companies
require before they'd allow such a connection is an eye-opener, though.
