I tried this on my wife's W2K system, without cygwin installed, and got 
the following:
finger.exe
ftp.exe
nslookup.exe
pxhpinst.exe
rcp.exe
rsh.exe

The only difference is the pxhpinst.exe which is Picasa from Google.  
Well at least they stole something reliable.  Peace, Dennis
