That's not the issue man.. I'm a major critic of mainstreat evolution
THEORY also (theory being the operative word). My point merely was that
it is off topic for this list and a natural flame war magnet, thus
probably not a good list topic. That's all.

I was not taking solace. I was merely reporting on some of the latest
contrarian research findings. If the research is correct and the root
cause in in fact NOT human behavior, then there may be very little (if
anything) that can be done by us to change these changes. But in general,
I still see the school as being out (scientifically). But that's all a
academic. All things being equal... the push to renewable energy is still
a valid and worth while place for us to focus our attention, regardless of
all these unknowns (IMHO).

I'm not worried about offense man... Offense is a natural result of the
first amendment. :) I'm just trying to keep the group on topic of "X-otic
Systems" and keeping list scuffles to a minimum. :)

Perhaps this was all my fault for getting the group off center by pushing
the renewable energy subject this month... but it just seemed to be a
good, timely, and socially responsible topic to talk around (at least
once) for the sake of our energy future -- regardless of our individual
beliefs.
