There was a Fox News Austin report on solar energy and specifically about the
Austin community, but the DVR decided it wanted to fritz out. :(

I think I've about talked the wife into having solar panels on our first house,
whenever that is. However, at what point is a person considered a utility
company? In other words, is there a point where a person might sell so much back
to the utility company that he/she becomes regulated?
