That would be good if you're booting off CD and saving the config to USB... 
But there's also a Devil Linux option for booting and doing config from USB 
flash drive.  For that.. I think 256MB is the minmum.  However.. you're 
right.. it's still a good deal for folks looking for small USB drives for 
things like config media, gpg/ssh keys, etc...
