[XCSSA] SMART drive labeled bad

This drive has been labeled "bad" by smart for about 4 years now.

I did a
smartctl -l long /dev/hdb
and it returned nothing, zilch, nada!!! (sorry, too much monster garage)

smartctl -a /dev/hdb
still shows me that I have errors. 

I use the drive for backups.  It does not have the live data, so I am
not too worried about loosing it.

But if there was a way to actually change the status to "OK", then I
could see if it really fails again.

Then again..... my theory may be flawed.
