[XCSSA] Neat Hack In Progress: CVS $30 "One Time Use" DV cam

The hack was successfully completed however it wasn't a complete success.
The Model 230 camera I had initially purchased contained an algorithm not
previously encountered.  An attempt to desolder and extract the firmware
from the memory resulted in a brick. :(

A purchase of an older model (the 200) resulted in a successful hack and now
I have a reusable DV cam.   Look for a write up within the next week or so.

The newer cam is a M230, but the applications referenced will unlock all 220
and 200 model cameras with no difficulty.  There are howtos online on how to
make a camera docking station.  My first attempt resulted in a camera with a
8 inch USB cable sticking out because I didn't have the correct parts to
make the cable.   (A Palm M100 cable ironically can do this with little
modification.)
