[XCSSA] First Article!

Each of the Austin LUGS have very different personalities. I can't say
much for going to the meetings since I haven't been to one yet. However,
there is a lot of expertise on each mailing list. I do know there are
several other groups around here, a Unix group IIRC, and a Drupal group
among others. 

I guess I'm more of a list attendant than anything else right now.
