[XCSSA] XCSSA Pre-GPG Keysigning Party "To-Do Steps" (if you want your key signed March 17th)

We've only had a couple GPG keys sent to Richard and I thus far... and the 
clock is ticking.  There's less than two weeks left for you to prepare for 
the keysigning party by following steps 1-3 here:

BEFORE the meeting on the 17th.

Is anyone needing any help?  Just let me know. :)
