[XCSSA] Join the XCSSA GPG Keysigning Party on the 17th! (if interested, follow the steps below SOON!)

Tom,
I know that the instructions said we needed two forms of ID. ie.
Driver's License & Passport.  What about those who only have a
driver's license?
