The process of keysigning is not about technology.  Keysigning is all about 
establishing trust.  The logic of the conversation between signer and signee 
is something like:
	"Hey.. before I validate you by using my good name (and key) to sign
	your key.. first show me some ID and prove to me that you really are who 
	you just told me you are.  And while we're at it.. here's my ID."  

In fact.. introducing computers to a keysigning opens up opportunities for 
man-in-the-middle key based attacks.  This is why we ask that all computers 
stay off during the actual keysigning.
