[XCSSA] Uploading problems with Leopard

Since I upgraded to Leopard on my Mac Mini I have had a problem with uploading stuff. The update to 10.5.2 has not solved my problem and I am hoping that someone has a clue to fixing this little issue.

I use NetZero's mail program to send my mail. If I need to attach anything I have to upload it to their service first. Under Leopard when I try to upload anything to attach to my mail my machine just sits there. And sits. And sits. I check Network to see the activity and there is none.

When I try to upload anything to GameFAQs it comes back with a "Bad Server Request" message (code 400).

I never had any problems until I upgraded to 10.5. Is there anything I should look at within the OS to see what tweaks I need to make to fix it or is there something else I should investigate?

BTW, I am just starting to go through the game "Grand Theft Auto IV" and it is quite the experience so far. At this point I am just exploring and messing around (ie. running over pedestrians and getting into cop chases).
