Not with Cafepress.. They yank all images that have embedded logos until you 
prove that you have the copyright grant.  Pretty responsible actually.

I would.. but that didn't cut it with cafe press.. It seems that they were 
very laissez faire  at one point.. But there was so much abuse and flat out 
forgery and scamming going on, that they had no choice but to crack down.
